Marcin Górski – professor and chair of the Department of European Constitutional Law, University of Łódź; visiting professor, Chandigarh University (India); member of the Migration Law Research Centre of the Polish Academy of Sciences; attorney-at-law; co-chair of the Freedom of Expression Research Group, International Association of Constitutional Law; head of the Legal Service of the City of Łódź Local Government; author/co-author/editor of some 190 scholarly books, articles and commentaries on EU law, human rights, comparative constitutional law and international law; 2023/2024 Fulbright Senior Award holder (Fordham University School of Law, New York).
