Ewa Szmitka – sociologist, co-author, and coordinator of the project “Women’s Perspective in Sports Management,” business advisor at the Center for Social Economy Support at Centrum OPUS. Co-founder of the Sports Club Kontra – the only club in Poland that gathers amateur female football, volleyball, and basketball players. Initiator and implementer of numerous sports and social initiatives. Football player, UEFA B licensed football coach, promoter of women’s walking football. Member of the Board at GLKS Zawisza Rzgów, member of the Women’s Football Commission of the Łódź Football Association.
