Barbara Łukomska is a Master of Clinical Dietetics and a specialist in psychodietetics, with her educational background rooted in WSBiNOZ in Łódź. Her scholarly endeavors at the higher education level have been dedicated to exploring the repercussions of the lack of nutritional education on the health and well-being of individuals within society.
Certified as a trainer and educator in nutrition, Barbara channels her expertise into her daily practice, teaching individuals how to cultivate healthy dietary habits and lifestyles. She is a co-author of a groundbreaking method for teaching dietary habit changes through understanding one’s body and gradually introducing new habits. Her educational strategies are tailored to diverse social groups, encompassing lectures in schools for youth and collaborations with senior centers, where she conducts training sessions for older individuals.
Over the years, Barbara has impacted thousands through her courses, equipping them with the knowledge to nourish themselves healthily and enhance their overall well-being.
