Mateusz Piątkowski

Mateusz Piątkowski, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor at the University of Łódź, Faculty of Law and Administration, Poland. He is also a member of the Polish Society for Military Law and the Law of War, as well as a practicing attorney-at-law. His primary academic interests lie in the field of air warfare law, air power, and international law. Dr. Piątkowski is the author of the monograph “Air Warfare and International Humanitarian Law,” written in Polish, and has contributed articles to esteemed publications such as the Journal of Security Law, Journal of International Humanitarian Legal Studies, and Military Law and the Law of War Review.
